The Kookout

Welcome to The Kookout SF: A ‘Family’ Reunion of Kink & Culture in the City – a party, by which the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ & Kink community reconnect – both in commerce and in community – while reclaiming space and time in the city they call or once called home.

Each gathering features various LGBTQIA+ BIPOC vendors, venues and organizations in the city and East Bay to increase visibility & patronage to independent, LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC businesses and non-profits across The Bay and to help bridge the financial, geographical and social gaps establishing the marginalized and gentrified of the city. This effort attempts to create more awareness & representation while strengthening a network of professionals and building a ’chosen family’ back where we were born, currently live and can thrive together – as we reunite, enjoy and support our community through it’s cultural expression of kink.
Our tickets are presented based on the honor system. Since we’re family, let’s keep it real!
All participants (Vendors, Non-profits, Bartenders, Bar Backs, Security, etc) are LGBTQIA+ POC members of the greater SF Bay Area Community & its strong allies.
