Lost a credit card, debit card or ATM card at the SF Eagle? Follow these instructions:

Occasionally, we recover items left behind after the bar closes. We do our best to identify the owner and return any items we recover. There are certain instances when returning lost items is not possible, such as with credit/debit/ATM cards. If you suspect that your credit card has been lost, please report this to your issuing bank immediately. The relationship we share by contract with credit issuing banks requires us to immediately report cases of recovered credit cards to the issuing bank, for your protection and to facilitate re-issuing of your card. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this policy has proven to be the fastest and best way to resolve this particular problem.

Lost my ID, vaccine card, wallet, passport or other ID while at the SF Eagle?

In cases where we recover IDs that include the owner’s contact information, we will immediately attempt to contact the individual directly and return the article to them. This generally occurs even before the owner has realized they are missing the article in question. If you have misplaced such an item, and we have not contacted you, please send us an email at [email protected] with a description of the lost item and the place, time and date you believe it may have been lost. We will do our best to help you recover it. Please note: if we haven’t already contacted you to return the item, it is quite rare that these items are later found and recovered. It is important that you take steps to secure your identity from potential fraud in cases where your ID has not been recovered.

Lost Backpack, clothing, cosplay item, phone, jewelry, musical instrument or other physical property:

For lost personal items that may not have a specific name or associated ID attached to them, please contact us with a description of your lost item(s) by email at [email protected] Please include the date, time and approximate location of the item in your email. If you have an IMEI number, serial number, or other element of identification for the item, please include this information, as it may aid in the recovery of the article in question.
