I had the pleasure of attending Los Angeles Leather Pride this past weekend where I attended two major events. The first was The Assembly, a leather/uniform dress code event hosted by BLUF, California B&B Corps and The Regiment of the Black and Tans. The event was busy with men in full leather and uniforms. It was great fun for me to see so many hot men in gear.
On Saturday, I attended The Mr. Los Angeles Leather 2022 Contest. The contestants were most impressive in sharing their personal stories, quick and witty in their response to the pop questions.
Having experienced it myself, I know it is not easy as you have to think fast under all that pressure! What touched me were the messages of the speeches, self-acceptance, importance of the leather family, diversity, representation and inclusion. I would like to congratulate Mr. LA Leather 2022 Angel Rincon, Mr. Sister Leather; First Rubber Up- Francisco Parales, Mr. Sanctuary Leather; Second Runner Up – Romyn Lemuerte, Mr. SoCal Leather.
All in all, I had a great time meeting and bonding with members of the leather community in Los Angeles!
Next month, I look forward to going to Cleveland Leather Annual Weekend, April 28-May 1, 2022!
